- Free shipping on orders over €89
Germany & Austria
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on courier rates
- Free shipping on orders over €199
Other EU Countries
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Free shipping thresholds may vary and are displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 2-4 business days, may vary according to chosen options at check out.
- Germany & Austria: 3–6 business days, may vary according to chosen options at check out
- Other EU countries: 3–8 business days, may vary according to chosen options at check out

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, additional shipping costs may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us within 48 hours of noticing the issue.
We will assist in filing a claim with the courier where applicable.
